Read Time:6 Minute, 19 Second

When 28- time-old entrepreneur, Olivia Jenkins, decided to pursue her dependence for eCommerce and business strategy, rather than telling it off as pie in the sky conception and capricious part- time business love, Olivia embraced the challenge with vigour and tenacity. Lower than 18 months latterly, Olivia has single-handedly converted her consultancy business into a full-bloated business love affair, getting the ultimate secret armament for CEOs and achieving extraordinary growth and profit for guests around Australia.

As a largely successful General Manager and eCommerce marketing expert for decoration health and beauty brands from the age of 18, Olivia has continued to fine tune her ray sharp focus, launching her consulting agency in late 2019. Olivia came out with ordnance blazing, working roundly and relentlessly alongside CEOs in beauty, fashion, health and life, so far nurturing further than 37 brands for business. Olivia’s holistic approach and exceptional experience has had a significant impact to shifting SME’s business station from sick and survival mode, to out-the- maps, thriving.

According to Olivia, far further than just delivering marketing, she’s necessary in delivering a business’s overall growth by nurturing and consolidating each area of the business.

This involves having a thorough and considered approach in the way in which deals and marketing affects the backend of a business, furnishing customer guidance, and tutoring them which processes will add value to them and which will not. Every business proprietor I’ve worked with has been empowered with fresh chops and amplified confidence to grow their business.”

Olivia attendants and supports guests showing how important it’s to not put eggs all in one handbasket, by tapping into the power of segmentation and being a niggler for details. She also reinforces the significance of erecting connections as the foundation of success, so guests feel they’re understood and imperative to the brand.

I’m also veritably data acquainted and educate guests to ask questions rather than concentrate on opinions, and testing the data again and again, to deliver outstanding results.”

It’s no secret that Olivia Jenkins was made for business from an extremely youthful age.

Some people are just‘born with it’and I truly believe I’m one of those people. I was noway particularly drawn to sport or music, but I was always veritably good with business-it came naturally to me.

As a youthful woman in my late teens, numerous of my musketeers at analogous periods were out allying or travelling Europe. I was ensconced in my mum’s business, working 50-to-60-hour weeks, travelling overseas to make fellowship with transnational distributors and chancing ways to expand my knowledge on business.

I suppose I offered a lot in order to reach the stage that I’ve and I’ll noway give up on developing my skill sets. Growth is one of my core values and I live and breathe that value every day. I was also studying my masters through two gravidity that were 12 months piecemeal, going to examinations while still suckling and waking up at 4 am to study before work just so I could graduate.”

The term business trainers is thrown around in assiduity a lot, but Olivia isn’t phased.

There are plenitude of trainers, advisers and courses that offer good advice but numerous fail to offer acclimatized advice to each customer. It’s a cookie knife approach and all businesses weren’t made equal. A lot of advisers talk the talk, but I’m proud to say that I walk the walk, and more frequently than not, I’m running with my customer towards unknown success!

I ’ve seen so numerous trainers and advisers offer advice to businesses that would suit established businesses but would noway serve a launch-up business because they do n’t have a large enough followership yet. They also may not have a geographical reach to transport to transnational guests, yet they ’ve been told to invest in transnational marketing conditioning,” Olivia says.

I feel my guests love that I offer an end-to- end service covering everything they need from premonitory, to promotional planning, extremity operation, marketing, website development and dispatch marketing. They can be rest assured that I’ll treat their business as if it were my own and offer advice in any areas that I feel need enhancement.

I always say to guests, it’s a “ do-with” process not a “ do-to” process. I want my guests to elevate with me and grow within themselves as leaders and CEO’s along the way.

I ’m also largely responsive meaning I’m on- call for all customer juggernauts and launches anyhow of day or night, weekday or weekend. An illustration of this was Black Friday last time-I was in labour cranking juggernauts for guests and straight back on my laptop after giving birth!

“ Yes, some people may suppose that’s minimum, but for me, I refuse to let my guests down and they admire and appreciate that about me. I also love being that person they can truly calculate on. That personalised approach where I earn the trust of my customer is everything – it’s a palm- palm for all.”

Stacey Hollands, CEO and Author, Lust Minerals joined forces with Olivia when the business needed much- demanded scaling.

Within days we’ve a full business plan and structure we demanded to work on and work towards. Valuable knowledge and experience around what we demanded to apply into the business both back and frontal ends to gauge to our pretensions.

Within 4 months we’ve managed to gauge our business from three workers further than 10 workers and apply the right tools for growth which has redounded in 130 per cent growth in the last 90 days.

Elaine Yong, CEO and Author, Melvory Skincare, reached out to Olivia as she felt the business was in a stagnant phase.

We knew we had so important eventuality for growth but was not sure what exactly needs to be done. Olivia gave us the courage to rebrand and gave our entire range of products a brand-new stunning, professional look that truly reflects how amazing my products are.

We went from$ 18k per month in January to now comprising$ 45 to$ 90k per month. We’ve grown so snappily, we now need to outsource a many effects similar as contract manufacturing.”

Olivia says the sisterhood has been an important foundation in the way she approaches and succeeds in business.

From the onset, I’ve always been inspired by the power of women, how women can make each other up and diversify in the business world. Womanish commission has always been a precedence for me.”

Being a mum to three youthful children has not dissuaded my hunger for success. Infact, it’s quite the contrary, where it has fuelled my desire to run my business contemporaneously with fatherhood.”

Olivia’s morality is simple. “ You can have the stylish of both worlds for sure and while it’s insolvable to be the perfect mum, the feeling of guilt shouldn’t overshadow you for your desire to work or start a business.”

My chops, honed at the coalface of commercial life, help women who are deeply creative and visionary, but warrant an understanding of business growth and success strategies and now just after 16 months, I support further than 13 womanish- led businesses across South Australia and Australia.”

Olivia has huge plans for 2021. “ I’m working on engineers for CEOs with an online business academy to reach women in busines across the country, especially those just starting out or with a limited budget to work with a business adviser one on one.”
